We are seeking customer service driven individuals for security positions. What You Can Expect Conflict resolution and de-escalation. Perform access control at security entrances / exits. Monitor facility and security alarms, calls, and urgent situations within emergency response center. Dispatch fire, medical, and chemical emergency response teams as needed. Conduct patrols inside / outside the client's premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Provide detailed written reports. Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site. • 40 hours after 1 year of service paid out for FT security officers who worked a minimum of 2080 hours. Paid Family Leave

Basic Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months. Standard computer / technology skills needed. Prior security experience required. Customer service background preferred. Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!! Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner. Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
