Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production flow Load raw materials and components accurately and safely Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions for setup and troubleshooting Use hand and power tools effectively and in compliance with safety protocols Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety procedures diligently; communicate safety concerns promptlyQualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 6 months relevant manufacturing or production experience Ability to read, speak, and write in English for safety and training purposes Basic computer literacy Experience reading blueprints and diagrams preferred Physically capable of standing for up to 10 hours, walking around the warehouse, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
