Support painting, mechanical assembly, and pneumatic-related tasks as required by the production schedule. Assist in warehouse and production activities, including organizing materials and maintaining a clean, orderly work area. Lift, pull, push, and guide medium to heavy objects regularly while using proper ergonomic and safety practices. Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement in all tasks. Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability in attendance and performance. At advanced levels, help instruct and support new employees in learning workstations, tools, and processes. Essential Skills Basic understanding of assembly processes sufficient to organize, examine, and assemble equipment containing up to 12 pieces of material.
