Production Operator:
Coordinate and support multiple phases of the corrugated manufacturing and high-volume packaging process. Manually fold large, heavy pieces of corrugated board, stack completed boxes, and handle general cleanup. Perform rigorous visual and dimensional quality assurance checks to maintain zero-defect output. Manage the basic mechanical upkeep, routine calibrations, and orderly monitoring of plant machinery. Drive a positive safety culture on the floor, strictly following all personal and food-grade compliance rules. Production Operator:
Pay Rate:
$22.74 / hour to start + shift differential for swing and graveyard runs.
Schedule:
Full-Time | Rotating 8-hour shift crews (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am).
Shift Requirement:
Must be fully available for all shifts, including 12-hour stretches if required.
Position Type:
Temp-to-Hire (Mandatory Union enrollment required after 90 days of full-time rollover). Requirements for
Production Operator:
Proven basic math skills: add/subtract two-digit numbers, multiply/divide 10s/100s, and calculate standard weights and measurements. A solid track record of excellent attendance, high punctuality, and an independent drive to learn complex jobs. Physical capability to handle heavy manufacturing labor, work in hot/noisy environments, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. Excellent verbal communication habits, helpful team attitude, and high attention to detail. Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable personal transportation.
