This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a growing company that specializes in custom fabricated products for a variety of industries. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to showing up every day ready to contribute. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production and fabrication process
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools safely
  • Read and follow work instructions and production specifications
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
  • Follow all company safety procedures and standards Qualifications
  • Manufacturing, production, fabrication, warehouse, or related experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
