The Orchard is more than merely our Pacific Northwest headquarters and the land that surrounds it. With a perimeter of towering Douglas firs and vistas of the Olympic Mountains, it's quite the inspirational workplace. The Orchard is more expansive than its literal acreage; it's an oxygen-rich metaphor of what we're here to do and, more importantly, what we're here to take care of. What you'll do: Follow all PPE and safety rules and regulations as set by Watson including affected lock out tag out procedures Use common hand and power tools for manufacturing activities including but not limited to cutting, grinding, drilling, cleaning, measuring, inspecting, assembling, etc Use electrical and mechanical assembly tools and equipment Meet or exceed productivity expectations as assigned by production leadership Examine products to verify compliance to quality standards Communicate with other employees and management to avoid any mistakes and/or to address recommendations for improvement Follow safety requirements and maintaining a clean and organized work area Final assembly and inspection of completed Watson products All other responsibilities within reason as assigned by production leadership
JOB KNOWLEDGE
Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to interpret moderate to advanced 3 dimensional images and drawings How to work in a required sequence to ensure alignment of the production schedule How to use basic power and hand tools A willingness to learn the Watson Production System All other procedures and policies as assigned by production leadershipWHO YOU ARE
