Operator - Washington Premier Building Systems, LLC - 4.0 Puyallup, WA Job Details Full-time 2 days ago Qualifications Defect detection (quality control) Maintaining an organized workspace Packing Unloading Order preparation Moving Personal protective equipment (PPE) adherence Order shipping Manual packaging Manufacturing standard operating procedures Assembly Machining Continuous improvement Industrial equipment Quality assurance experience within manufacturing Materials handling Manufacturing Clean workspace maintenance Visual inspection for quality control Safety standard operating procedures Entry level Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment according to established procedures. Assemble and prepare products for shipment. Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility. Meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing environments. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to safely operate equipment and tools. Work Environment Manufacturing and production facility environment. Exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and other industrial conditions. Required use of PPE as designated by company policies.
