Temporary Production Associate - Full Time Day Shift (7 - 3:30) $21.30/hr

This temporary position is expected to last through August 2026. Hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Overtime opportunities may be available. This position is a light production role responsible for preparing finished goods for retail and distribution.

Duties may include:

Placing prints into plastic sleeves Attaching hang tags to product Folding towels to specification Assembling and forming boxes Applying pricing or identification tickets Stringing ornaments Keeping orders organzided to be able to place them in the correct bins for shipping. Validating product quality and completing all assigned tasks at a pace that meets or exceeds production targets Other duties as assigned Requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to use our internal computer system to manage workflow. The ideal candidates will exhibit the following qualities: Experience in packaging or other production work preferred. Able to do repetitive tasks. Come to work with a great attitude Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and organized Basic computer skills required Must have reliable and punctual attendance Able to work standing in a production/assembly/warehouse environment for long periods of time (8+ hours/day) Must be able to speak and read English Able to lift up to 35 pounds Able to use hands and fingers for detailed packaging work Lantern Press is a Seattle based company that specializes in creating unique images and evolving artwork that can be designed and customized to highlight the best scenes of our country and printed on various products that people can purchase from some of the finest travel and tourist destinations across the country. Pay starts at $21.30 per hour, but can increase every 90 days if you are hired on as a regular (non-seasonal) employee. No health benefits are provided for seasonal employees. Seasonal employees do receive Seattle Sick Leave benefits.
