$19-21/hr (Day sift) Job Description The Assembler prepares fabricated and finished products for shipment by performing final assembly using hand and power tools. This role follows drawings, work instructions, and blueprints to fit and install hardware to frames while maintaining high quality and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Assemble and prepare all fabricated and finished products for shipment to customers. Perform final assembly of components according to drawings, work instructions, and blueprints. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks. Fit and install hardware to frames and other structures with precision. Follow production processes and lean manufacturing practices to meet quality and efficiency standards. Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly. Check assembled products for accuracy, quality, and completeness before shipment. Use basic computer skills to access work instructions, record production information, or track work orders. Apply basic math skills to measure, verify dimensions, and ensure proper fit of components. Maintain a clean and organized work area, especially when working in dusty or noisy conditions. Operate or work around material handling equipment such as forklifts as needed, following all safety guidelines. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly. Proficiency using hand tools in a production or assembly environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Experience using power tools safely in a manufacturing setting. Attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly and quality finished products. Basic computer skills to navigate instructions and production systems. Basic math skills for measurements and verification of dimensions. Comfort working in a moderate to loud production environment that can be dusty during grinding and sawing operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a production or assembly environment. Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and practices. Ability to operate or work around forklifts and other material handling equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work. The workspace is designed to be both functional and comfortable, encouraging collaboration and hands-on work with tools, equipment, and assembly material Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Snoqualmie, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
