Generalist Operator

The Generalist Operator plays a key role in manufacturing operations by running industrial equipment and working with a team to produce high-quality building products. This role offers opportunities to grow your skills through ongoing training and an internal certification program. What You'll Do Operate and maintain industrial machinery and equipment Learn the full manufacturing process for a variety of products Communicate safety, quality, and mechanical issues to team leads Assist with equipment cleaning, housekeeping, and improvement efforts Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards

What You'll Need Preferred:

1 year of experience in manufacturing or working with large machinery Ability to show past success in a manufacturing or production support environment Understanding of workplace safety and commitment to a safe work culture Steady work history with demonstrated learning and growth Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spanaway, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
