• 5:15 AM (Night Shift)
• Rotating Schedule Every 2

1. Week 1

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 2. Week 2
• Wednesday Thursday Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.

Responsibilities:

• Learn to safely run and watch over high-speed production machines to keep things moving smoothly.
• Perform regular checks on products and packaging to ensure every item meets our quality and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, healthy workspace and follow safety rules (like Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices) at all times.
• Work with your teammates to spot line issues, brainstorm ways to fix them, and share your ideas for making the process better.
• Follow simple work instructions and keep track of production data to help the team hit daily goals.
• When maintenance is needed, stay by your line to help out and learn how the equipment works so you can better troubleshoot in the future.

AM Skills:

• Ability to quickly learn about how processing and packaging equipment works
• Mechanical understanding or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Self-motivated team player with ability to make decisions, communicate and problem solve.
• Comfort with basic computer functions and ability to quickly learn production software.
• Basic mathematical skills to make production calculations.

Education:

High School Experience:

0-1 years

Qualifications:

• Comfortably lift 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stay active and on your feet (standing, bending, and stretching) for your full shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements, including kneeling, squatting, twisting, reaching overhead, and climbing stairs or ladders.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
