$19/hr- Overtime available: $28.
WORK LOCATION
- Sumner, Washington
SHIFT SCHEDULE
- 5:00 PM
- 5:15 AM (Night Shift)
- Rotating Schedule Every 2
Weeks:
Example:
1. Week 1- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 2. Week 2
- Wednesday Thursday Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
Responsibilities:
- Learn to safely run and watch over high-speed production machines to keep things moving smoothly.
- Perform regular checks on products and packaging to ensure every item meets our quality and brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, healthy workspace and follow safety rules (like Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices) at all times.
- Work with your teammates to spot line issues, brainstorm ways to fix them, and share your ideas for making the process better.
- Follow simple work instructions and keep track of production data to help the team hit daily goals.
- When maintenance is needed, stay by your line to help out and learn how the equipment works so you can better troubleshoot in the future.
Working hours:
5:00 PM- 5:15
AM Skills:
- Ability to quickly learn about how processing and packaging equipment works
- Mechanical understanding or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Self-motivated team player with ability to make decisions, communicate and problem solve.
- Comfort with basic computer functions and ability to quickly learn production software.
- Basic mathematical skills to make production calculations.
Education:
High School Experience:
0-1 yearsQualifications:
- Comfortably lift 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to stay active and on your feet (standing, bending, and stretching) for your full shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements, including kneeling, squatting, twisting, reaching overhead, and climbing stairs or ladders.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
