Temp-to-Hire Job Summary:

The Laminator I is responsible for building high-quality composite parts by carefully applying materials to molds and components. This role requires following detailed work instructions, meeting production goals, and ensuring all parts comply with quality and safety standards.

Job Duties:

Layup composite materials on molds and mandrels according to production instructions Verify accuracy of work orders, materials, and documentation before beginning tasks Prepare parts for curing by wrapping molds with composite materials Record completed work and confirmed part identification Maintain production pace while following all safety and quality standards

Pay:

$22.25 per hour

Schedule:

Monday•Thursday, 4:00 AM•2:30 PM; overtime on Fridays regularly available

Experience or Skill Requirements:
