What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate daily work activities to support safe and efficient operations. Monitor production workflows and address operational issues in a timely manner. Promote and reinforce safety, quality, and environmental standards across the team. Provide guidance, training, and support to employees to achieve performance goals. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve productivity and operational outcomes.
