We're bringing together three manufacturing plants with a variety of opportunities across multiple teams and shifts. • Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule (Day & Graveyard shifts; prior manufacturing experience required) Production Worker

• Swing Shift (Prior experience required) 💰 Compensation $22.00

00 per hour (based on experience) + $2.00/hour shift differential for swing and graveyard shifts 💼 About the Roles We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented team members to join our manufacturing operations. In these roles, you will: Assemble high-quality windows and doors Operate production equipment and machinery Ensure quality standards are met Maintain a safe, efficient work environment Entry-level opportunities are available with training provided , along with roles requiring prior manufacturing or technical experience. ✅ Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Prior manufacturing, machine operation, or quality experience (required for select roles) Ability to read and interpret work orders or blueprints (training available for entry-level roles) Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to safely use hand and power tools Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong teamwork and communication skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic 🎯 Why Attend?
