Job Description
Primary Role Crossroads Community Church is looking for a Creative Production Specialist to lead all elements of production in the areas of video broadcasting, lighting, live media, and ProPresenter while also supporting the creation of digital and creative content that advances the mission of Crossroads. The role is responsible for producing excellent experiences at in-person and online services and events through technical production, media systems, and volunteer leadership. The role also serves as a bridge between production and creative by creating video, digital, web, and visual content that supports weekend services, ministry initiatives, events and church-wide communication efforts. Skills & Background Bachelor s degree (preferred) 5 or more years of professional experience and related education or equivalent (preferred) Proficiency in Pro Presenter, GrandMA lighting software, ProTools, MainStage (preferred) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high level of organization, quality, and attention to detail Skilled to oversee and support all elements of live service production in the areas of video broadcasting, lighting, and live media Troubleshoot and fix any issues that may arise during ministry production Stay current and research emerging trends in creative media, digital communications, content creation, and storytelling Proficiency with computer skills and preferred experience with programs such as: Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel,) Google Calendar, Planning Center, Asana, ClickUp, Google docs, MailChimp, Facebook, Instagram, and other online social media platforms Crossroads attendance & participation for a minimum of one year (preferred) Volunteer church experience for a minimum of two years (5 years preferred) Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve problems in a timely manner Must possess strong interpersonal skills Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, team members, and various departments within the church Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines Task and detail-oriented (high quality, accurate and efficient) Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing, researching and entering data Ability to apply discretion and trust with confidential material Exercise initiative in problem solving and demonstrate ability to maintain composure and work effectively in demanding situations Must have excellent organizational skills; with a focus driven heart Must be able to move at a fast pace with tasks and stay organized Pray for the ministry and God s work throughout it Benefits Full-time positions (employees working 30 to 40 hours per week) at Crossroads Community Church are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, a dditional life insurance and paid time off (PTO) (first of the month following 60 days of employment), nine paid holidays per year and immediate participation in the 403b retirement plan, which includes a generous 4% employer match.
