LOCATION
 
Vancouver, WA SALARY:
 $22 per hour
SCHEDULE
 Full-Time, 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM, Long-Term
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to meet quality and production standards Perform machine changeovers and make adjustments (e.g., weight, width, temperature, speed) to meet product specifications and maintain optimal performance Monitor machine performance and maintain optimal run rates Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues; escalate as needed Prepare, stage, and transport raw materials and packaging supplies for production runs Monitor product quality, perform inspections, and conduct basic product testing Record production, quality, and downtime data inpany systems
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of manufacturing or production experience required 2+ years experience operating industrial equipment Basicputer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and train on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Position works in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, fibers, and varying temperatures Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with frequent bending, reaching, and stair climbing Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated work areas
