We are an exciting, innovative startup looking for enthusiastic individuals for our Production departments. The Production Team Member is a key part to an efficient and productive supply chain. This role will handle product inventory control before distribution, helping to develop a comprehensive packaging and filling system to streamline business flow under the Production Lead. The main responsibilities of this position include meeting production quotas, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, packaging assembly, quality inspection of goods, and working closely with fulfillment goals and needs. Will also adhere to compliance needs to fulfill orders and meet distribution deadlines.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability:

Assemble Packaging Quality inspection of defects and compliance requirements. Be able to work on developing inventory control procedures and aid in finding best practices Receive and record new product stock as it arrives from the vendor or move as needed. Monitor packaging stock levels at the warehouse and figure when to replenish stock. Help conduct regular audits and analyses to maintain and predict inventory issues. Fulfill orders promptly and coordinate the packaging of orders for delivery. Proactively and independently identify potential inventory shortages and communicate to the fulfillment director. Comply with OSHA guidelines for warehouse safety Comply with ODA guidelines for food safety. Maintain a food handler's card. Maintain a marijuana handlers permit Complete repetitive tasks daily Stand and/or sit for long periods of time (10 hours) M-Th workweek

Qualifications:

Some experience in inventory, distribution and operational procedures is a plus Education is High school or equivalent (Preferred) Must be able to procure a Marijuana Worker Permit and/or OLCC Marijuana Handler's Permit (Required) Must be able to procure a food handler's permit (Required) Must be able to do repetitive tasks at a fast pace Must be able to own the company values Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail Great written and verbal communication skills Basic computing and applications knowledge Understanding of the distribution of workplaces and the supply chain workplace Must be able to bend and lift 50+ pounds Must have a valid state I.D. or license and reliable transportation Ability to travel and work at either production facility - Estacada OR or Vancouver WA, Whichever is needed by the company + Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory and shipping and receiving is a plus
