Skills That Will Help You in This Role Having a positive attitude Being reliable and on-time Performing at a quick pace while having fun Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals Coming up with great ideas to solve problems Thinking quickly and offering suggestions Being a trusted co-worker who always thinks of safety and security What We Need from You A driving record that is acceptable for commercial liability insurance Valid driver's license 1-2 years of equipment mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience 1-2 years of welding experience Ability to work outdoors in all conditions with extended work hours in peak season Ability to exert 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and 25-50 pounds of force frequently Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds Comfortable with climbing up to 140 feet High School Diploma or Equivalent Bonus Points if You Have Agricultural background with related experience operating agricultural equipment Associate degree or technical certificate in related field desired Why You'll Love Working for a Co-Op!
