  • Full-time Lead Mechanic Dynamic, highly reputable automotive repair provider, in business for over 40 years, has an opportunity for you to contribute to the strategic development of this organization.
We have experienced unprecedented growth as we continue to service the area. Our reputation is built on quality, personalized service, and attention to detail. Reporting to the owner, the lead mechanic will provide a wide range of advanced automotive diagnostic and repair services, including engine repair, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, heating and air conditioning, and transmission systems to our clientele. Essential Job Responsibilities Diagnose vehicle issues and complex mechanical/electrical problems, while performing repair and maintenance service. Consult with clientele regarding vehicle maintenance and repair, providing top notch customer service and communication to all. Assist in training and provide leadership to the other service technicians. Communicate clearly with parts, service team members, as well as administrative staff. Stay updated on most current technology, requirements and processes regarding automotive service and repair. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all repairs and services performed. Adhere to workplace safety standards and uphold the highest level of professionalism Essential Job Qualifications ASE certification is required. Proven experience as an "A" Level/Master Technician with extensive knowledge in automotive repair and diagnostics. Strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
