Production Operator

is looking for full time 2nd and 3rd shift Plant Operators only at the Augusta, WI location. Come join our highly collaborative team! Our high-speed modern facility located in Augusta, WI is seeking candidates who wish to work in all aspects of canned food manufacturing. Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required. You'll be trained in multiple roles within our operator job. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required. All production employees are required to obtain forklift certification (conducted in-house) as well as participate in sanitation activities. Compliance with quality and safety standards is a must. Must be able to work some overtime. A High School diploma or equivalent is required . Starting pay is $23.00, which includes a shift premium. Pay increases as new skills are obtained. Internal posting can be a source for promotion into other career paths such as Maintenance Technician, Coordinator, and Manager when performance and education requirements are met.
