Production Operator

Production Operator Schedule:

Rotating 12-hour shifts (3 days on one week, 4 days on the following week - every other weekend). This means you only work 182 days per year vs. the traditional 8-hour schedule 5 times per week that work 260 days per year . Job Summary As a Production Operator at Noloato Contour you'll be a critical part of a team making custom parts that go into medical devices and other equipment. You'll mostly operate a high-tech injection molding machine, making high-precision plastic parts for our world-famous customers. These parts are put into medical and industrial devices that are used by thousands of people around the world every day. You'll manually trim some of the parts, inspect them for any defects, and sometimes package them using a variety of tools, including robots. Depending on the job, sometimes you'll put some of the parts together by hand. See something that could be improved? Speak up. Your idea could become our next .
