Schedule:
Monday through Saturday on a weekly rotating shift schedule: 7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM + shift differential 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM + shift differential Open availability is required to be considered for this position.
Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Entry-Level Machine Attendant to support paper machine operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position assists the production team with material handling, machine support, and packaging to ensure all customer specifications and quality standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a long-term career in manufacturing with strong growth and advancement potential. Key Responsibilities Remove, stack, weigh, bundle, and package paperboard sheets Transport pallets and skids manually and with equipment Assist with machine operations, setup, and support tasks Load waste and broke materials into carts Operate forklift, banding machines, pallet inverter, and scales Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years old Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-12 hours Strong attendance record Team-oriented with attention to detail Benefits Comprehensive training and career advancement opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plans Paid holidays and vacation Bonus and incentive programs
