Role Description The Production Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Beloit, WI. In this role, the Production Associate supports daily operations on production lines, including preparing materials, monitoring equipment, and ensuring smooth workflow. Responsibilities include operating machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards, performing basic equipment checks, and reporting any issues or malfunctions. The Production Associate assists with quality control by inspecting products, identifying defects, and following corrective procedures. This role also involves maintaining a clean, organized work area, following all safety protocols, and adapting to changing production schedules and priorities as needed. Qualifications Experience or aptitude in Production Assistance and working on Production Lines. Ability to operate or learn Machine Operation tasks safely and efficiently. Understanding of or interest in Quality Control procedures and standards. Demonstrated ability to be Easily Adaptable to changing tasks, schedules, and processes. Attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a manufacturing environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior manufacturing or packaging experience is an advantage but not required.
