We are looking for a Production Lead I and Production Lead II, these will vary based on experience. Pay rates are $23- $33. Hours are Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm Daily team engagement through morning meetings and communication boards Assign daily work to the work cell and give instructions to the team Check and perform routine quality audits and first article inspection to approve new team members and production methods/processes/procedures Monitor productivity, safety, quality, and delivery goals of the work cell Handles minor team conflict and escalates when appropriate
• Refers to engineer drawings to ensure the correct parts are pulled and used
• Coordinates activities to produce orders according to standardized work instructions Maintain supplies, inventory, and documentation at stations Follows all safety regulations and enforces safety policies Sets daily productivity goals and works with the team to achieve them Leads and participates in daily cell changeovers Performs preventive maintenance Solves routine problems by utilizing troubleshooting methods Insures that standardized work and Lean manufacturing practices are being followed Recommends and assists in improvement projects Performs other essential duties as assigned by management
Pay:
$23.00 - $33.00 per hour
