Job Description

Days:
6AM•6PM 2-2-3 schedule
Nights:
6 PM•6 AM 2-2-3 schedule•
Shift Premium :
Earn an extra $3/hour and extra 40 hours of PTO for night shift!
Compensation:
$25•$27 per hour $5,000 sign-on bonus!!!
What You'll Do:
Operate and monitor milling equipment to ensure smooth, efficient production. Adjust machinery settings to meet product specifications. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment running at peak performance. Conduct quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with your team to improve processes and drive results. Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with milling equipment (preferred but not required). Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
