Job Description
Auburn Ridge, a leader in high-quality cabinetry and millwork solutions for builders, is looking for a Cabinet Hardware Installer to join our growing team. We are seeking a detail-oriented Cabinet Hardware Installer responsible for final assembly of cabinetry products, including installing hardware, ensuring proper function, and preparing items for delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in woodworking or production environments and is committed to high-quality craftsmanship. What You'll Do:
Production & Assembly Study drawings and specifications to prepare products for final assembly Install hinges, pulls, knobs, and other hardware components Install shelves, doors, drawers, and additional cabinetry accessories Quality Assurance & Finishing Perform final inspections to ensure all components are present and functioning properly Conduct quality checks and maintain accountability for completed work Break down finish line stations, inspect for quality, and wrap trim as needed Support & Operations Stage completed products for delivery Assist with edge banding, tracking boxes, and cutting cabinet supports Maintain equipment, including cleaning and lubrication Complete other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum of 2 years of woodworking or related experience required Experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred Proficiency with hand and power tools, machining, and assembly practices Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately Working knowledge of safety procedures in a shop environment Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to lift - pounds frequently throughout the workday Enjoy hands-on work with high-quality cabinetry products in a team-oriented environment focused on craftsmanship and efficiency, with opportunities to grow your skills in woodworking and production.
