Job Description

Auburn Ridge is a leading manufacturer of custom cabinetry, millwork, and building products for residential builders. We're looking for a dependable Cabinet Production Associate to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll help prepare cabinets and materials for the next stage of production by organizing, sanding, staging, and assembling custom wood components. Assemble custom wood tops, shelves, floating shelves, aprons, and hoods using CAD drawings. Organize and stage fibercore trim materials and CNC router materials for production. Maintain inventory through routine cycle counts. Organize defective materials for return to vendors. Perform routine maintenance on production equipment, including sanders, the edgebander, and other power tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company safety standards. Qualifications Two or more years of woodworking or related experience required; manufacturing experience preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings. Experience using hand and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
