Job Description

Manufacturing Associate -
Automated Production Schedule:
2-2-3 Rotating 12-Hour Shifts (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am) Join a growing manufacturing team where you'll work with advanced automation and play a key role in producing high-quality products in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment. What You'll Do As a Production Operator, you will work hands-on with robotic stacking systems, conveyors, case sealers, and stretch wrapping equipment to support daily production goals. You'll help ensure smooth operations, quality standards, and safe equipment use throughout your shift.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating and troubleshooting automated production and packaging equipment Monitoring product flow, scanning, labeling, and accurately counting materials Performing quality checks and identifying product defects or equipment issues Responding to machine alarms and safely clearing minor jams Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Supporting scrap handling, recycling, and continuous improvement efforts Communicating effectively with team members and shift leadership What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-minded, and motivated to grow with the company. High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing or logistics experience preferred but not required Forklift experience is a plus (training may be provided) Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment Willingness to learn, cross-train, and grow within the organization Basic math and computer skills Growth Opportunity This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
