Be part of a 2nd shift team that helps deliver quality products our customers count on. As a Paint Line Loader/Unloader, you'll play an important role in keeping components moving safely, efficiently, and accurately through the paint process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. What You'll Do Load and unload components from the overhead conveyor to support production schedules and keep work flowing smoothly. Hang and remove parts by size and style, ensuring product sequence and quality standards are maintained. Handle both unpainted and painted parts with care to help ensure a high-quality finished product. Package finished products according to requirements so they are ready for the next step in the process. Follow safety procedures, including start-up and shut-down practices, ergonomic guidelines, and proper material handling. Read and follow electronic and written shop orders to complete work accurately and on time. Perform quality checks and maintain accurate documentation to support consistent production results. Contribute ideas, support continuous improvement efforts, and assist in other work areas when needed. Use Spacesaver's ERP system for shop order management, scanning, and production reporting. Maintain reliable attendance, work scheduled hours, and be available for overtime as business needs require. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to complete basic math and measuring assessments. Comfort using a computer for navigation, scanning, and data entry. Ability to read and understand instructions in English, with translation assistance available upon request. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to balance multiple priorities. A positive, dependable team member who can also work independently when needed.
