Wagner is looking for a Tube Bender Operator to join our team and help produce custom and standard pipe components used in high-quality architectural metalwork. This is a hands-on role where precision matters, perfect for someone who enjoys working with metal, reading prints, and seeing their work come to life.
If you have experience in fabrication, machining, or operating industrial equipment and are eager to learn specialized bending techniques, we want to hear from you.
As an employee-owned company, every team member has a stake in our success, creating a workplace built on pride, craftsmanship, and long-term growth. What You'll Do Set up and operate pipe and tube bending equipment to produce parts to specification
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Select tooling and make adjustments to ensure accurate bends and quality output
Measure and inspect parts using tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges
Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues and communicate with team members as needed
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes
Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance guidelines
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe following 5S and safety standards
What We're Looking For Experience in metal fabrication, machining, or manufacturing preferred
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precise measurements
Basic math skills, including fractions and measurements
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Nice to Have (But Not Required) Experience with tube/pipe bending or similar equipment
Familiarity with CNC or automated machinery
Experience working with thin-wall materials or tight-radius bends

Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment
Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs
Ability to use hands, tools, and equipment throughout the shift
Work Schedule 1st Shift - Flexible Schedules Available!
Monday through Friday, eight hour days
Monday through Thursday, ten hour days
