Job Title:
Processing Production Operator Gillett
WI 54124
Shift:
1st Monday - Friday (7am - 3:30pm) Hourly Wage $15.00
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Processing Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment used in the production line, ensuring quality control, maintaining safety standards, and supporting overall production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Operation:
Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process, including grinding, mixing, stuffing, and cooking. Set up and adjust equipment to meet production specifications and ensure quality output.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure we meet industry standards and company specifications. Document inspections and report any discrepancies or defects to the production supervisor.
Safety Compliance:
Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of work areas and equipment to promote a safe working environment.
Inventory Management:
Assist in inventory checks and help maintain adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished products. Report any shortages or equipment issues to management in a timely manner.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and improve efficiency. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar role is a plus. Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, and reach for prolonged periods. #IND5
