AM Shred:
Shift:
Monday-Thursday and Fridays as needed 5am-5pm
Responsibilities:
Pull cheese for production, operate shred machinery, remove bags from conveyor, sanitize machinery and tools, clean shred room, complete documentation.
Assists with cheese production by monitoring equipment and testing pH/acid levels. Performs tasks like knitting, milling, and boxing cheese. Must work independently and as part of a team in a hot, humid environment. Requires frequent lifting and physical activity.

Whey Operator :
Shift:
1st Shift, 4-3-3 schedule, 6:00am-6:00pm
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor all equipment in the Whey department, including whey pasteurizer, R.O./Polisher, U.F. systems, and C.I.P. systems, along with associated silos. Responsible for cleaning equipment, loading whey products, and accurately recording process data. Must be able to work independently for long periods, tolerate a warm environment, lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders and stoop under pipes. Position includes three 20-minute breaks.
