Why This Role Matters:

As our Production Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, working directly with our Production Manager to craft our organic skincare products. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet our high-quality standards while maintaining our commitment to organic certification and clean beauty.

What You'll Do:

Support daily production operations by prepping ingredients, measuring components, and following recipes. Perform product filling, capping, and labeling operations with precise attention to detail. Maintain our pristine clean production environment following organic certification standards. Keep detailed records of batches and maintain our organic traceback system. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management. Follow all safety protocols and quality control procedures. Support the team, coordinate with Production Manager and Order Fulfillment Specialists, and contribute to our positive, bee-utiful work environment.
