Production Generalist Wage:
$25.70 per hour Join a dynamic production team in the Food and Beverage industry, where you'll contribute to ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Production Generalist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Remove cheese forms from brine to conveyor.
- Spray down and sanitize equipment between batches.
- Monitor the automated cheese extraction process to ensure proper operation.
- Follow all GMPs, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Bag, scale, label, and prepare cheese for shipping.
- Place cheese into air-filled pouches and complete visual inspections.
- Rinse and sanitize equipment throughout the shift.
- Maintain continuous product flow, ensuring proper positioning, spacing, sealing, and labeling.
- Setup, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
- Box and palletize finished products efficiently.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, twisting, and repetitive lifting up to 50lbs in a moderate to cool environment.
Production Generalist Requirements:
- Ability to read, understand, and execute written procedures.
- Ability to pass QPS and company screening process.
- Strong math, reading, writing, and computer skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically able to perform repetitive lifting and work in a fast-paced setting.
