Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Draw Press Set & Run Operator to join our 2nd Shift manufacturing team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of production activities while maintaining established standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
Pay:
Starting at $27.79/hour , progressing to $28.78/hour after 12 months , plus a $1.00/hour 2nd shift premium . Set up, operate, and monitor draw press equipment and assigned production operations. Develop proficiency across multiple existing operations and work productively to established standards. Perform quality checks on your own work to ensure products meet required quality standards. Observe equipment for malfunctions or operating difficulties and report concerns promptly. Take appropriate corrective action as instructed by your supervisor. Assist higher-grade personnel as needed to support production activities. Complete and maintain accurate production and operational records. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following good housekeeping practices. Follow all established safety procedures and workplace requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned.
