Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Production Assistant/General Labor to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will support various production processes, including assembly, stockroom and the test facility and ensure smooth workflow across different stages of manufacturing. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and efficient operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced environment, supporting the creation of top-tier products. Responsibilities Assist in the assembly and production of products according to work instructions and specifications. Load, unload, and move materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility. Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively. Package, label, and prepare products for shipment. Perform visual inspections of parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation. Support test facility and assembly with material replenishment and work area setup and clean up. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Assist with inventory counts and material handling activities as needed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks Join us in a role that's vital to our manufacturing success! Pay:
$18.64 - $26.22 per hour
