General Production Worker Job Description We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team in General Production, Machine Operation, and Warehouse roles. These positions play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. We are offering 1st and 2nd shift opportunities. 3rd shift positions have limited availability, but we are seeking a few people for this as well, so we encourage all interested applicants to apply — we will consider all candidates. Responsibilities Assist with daily production or warehouse tasks. Operate basic equipment or machines with provided training. Load, unload, move, or organize materials and products. Inspect parts or products to ensure quality standards are met. Follow work instructions and safety guidelines. Keep work areas clean and organized. Work as part of a team to meet daily targets. Essential Skills Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Ability to stand, walk, lift, or move materials during the shift. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in production or warehouse roles is beneficial but not required. Familiarity with tools such as forklift, hand tools, power tools, and tape measure is advantageous. Why Work Here?
