Coiler Class A - 1st Shift Lake Geneva, WI | Medicoil Medicoil is growing and looking for an experienced Class A Coiler to join our 1st shift manufacturing team. If you have experience setting up and operating coiling equipment and enjoy solving production challenges in a fast-paced environment, we would love to connect with you. Schedule 1st Shift Monday - Friday What You'll Do Set up and operate spring coiling and/or wire forming machines Produce compression, extension, torsion springs, wire forms, and rings to blueprint specifications Perform machine adjustments and in-process inspections to maintain quality standards Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and load testers to verify part conformance Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement efforts Assist with training newer team members Complete production and quality documentation Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We're Looking For Prior spring coiling and/or wire forming experience Strong mechanical aptitude and tooling knowledge Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing specifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 4-7 years of related spring manufacturing experience preferred Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Why Join Medicoil?
