3rd shift from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation:

Starting at $34.24

Comprehensive package available after just 30 days of employment Position Summary As a Team Leader, you will set the standard for safety, product quality, and line performance. Your leadership will shape the daily culture and tone of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and conduct sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality assessments. Facilitate effective communication among peers, team members, and Production Management. What Makes You a Great Fit? To excel in this role, you should demonstrate:

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Experience:

Background in food manufacturing and production floor experience is preferred.

Continuous Improvement Mindset:

Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or TPM is a plus.
