Production Helper Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and production staff with daily tasks
• Load and unload materials and parts
• Perform basic material handling and organization
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
• Help monitor product quality and report any issues
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety and company policies

Requirements Production Helper:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
