• Job Description
• Join a dedicated team working on a production line that manufactures weatherproofing tape for the house construction industry. This facility primarily focuses on R D but operates three production lines and is expanding its production hours. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for loading adhesive onto the line, moving rolls, and performing other general labor tasks.
• Responsibilities
• + Load adhesive onto the production line. + Move rolls and perform general labor tasks. + Work collaboratively with a small team of six members. + Ensure accurate documentation during the manufacturing process. + Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Essential Skills
• + 1+ years of recent manufacturing or machine operating experience. + Ability to read a tape measure. + 1+ years of experience with documentation during the manufacturing process. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently. + Pass a drug and background check.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience with forklift or machine operation is a plus. + Strong teamwork and adaptability.

• The role is based in a facility that is clean, climate-controlled, and safe. The position operates on a night shift with a 3 on, 3 off schedule, working from 7pm to 7am. The team is committed to maintaining a safe and injury-free workplace.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
