Hours:

11:00pm-7:30am (Mon-Fri) Join the production team in a dynamic food manufacturing environment, offering a great opportunity to develop industrial skills and contribute to essential food production processes. This is a 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform sanitation tasks, working with strong chemicals following safety protocols.
• Inspect and clean equipment undersides to ensure proper hygiene and maintenance.
• Fill, flip, lift, and palletize forms as part of the production line.
• Transport materials by cart and push filled carts onto lifts, including elevating to 3 ft and moving to the packaging area.
• Distribute curd into vats using shoveling techniques, sometimes manually.
• Load, bag, scale, label, and box products, occasionally using a retractable knife.
• Cut products with small paring knives as required.
• Assist with other production activities as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Production Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Entire workday involves standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, and squatting.
• Experience in food production or sanitation is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
• Capable of reading, understanding, and following written procedures.
• Must be able to communicate effectively within the plant environment.
