Production Associate

Job Summary Responsibilities . Be a part of our dynamic team and food processing team. . Must be able to lift 40lbs to 50lbs. . Clean mold off of cheese and repackage to ship out. Assist with assembly line tasks by using hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure optimal functioning and identify maintenance needs Support manufacturing processes by handling raw materials, packaging finished goods, and maintaining inventory accuracy Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to factory safety standards Collaborate with team members on production tasks, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and suggest process improvements Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing area to promote a safe and productive environment Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred; familiarity with assembly lines is a plus Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and vacuum sealers. Warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding inventory handling and material movement Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for assembly tasks Ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously and work effectively within a team environment Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation is desirable Join us in creating high-quality products in a vibrant manufacturing setting!
