This position supports daily production by setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys working with equipment, troubleshooting issues, and supporting production teams. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and maintain equipment to support production. Troubleshoot equipment and assist with adjustments and repairs. Make modifications and repairs to existing equipment with direction from management or qualified associates. Monitor and communicate product cosmetic and quality requirements. Communicate product and quality information to operators, inspectors, supervisors, and team members. Complete production, maintenance, and quality-control documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Identify equipment or production issues and communicate potential solutions. Perform additional duties and projects as needed to support production. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to successfully complete a Mechanical Aptitude Test. Strong attention to detail. Ability to identify problems, communicate issues, and suggest solutions. Above-basic math and reasoning skills. Moderate computer and Microsoft Office skills. Forklift certification. Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced production environment. Pay & Shifts 1st
