$23.75/hr. + shift differential
Key Responsibilities:
The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties, however, it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. Demonstrate commitment to safety and performs job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures. Understand job ticket information to determine quantity, special work instructions, and any other special customer requirements. Determine the best manufacturing method to produce product efficiently and effectively. Assist with set-ups and operation of the printing press. Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of the assigned equipment. Troubleshoot and make decisions regarding the quality of finished product. Complete required quality inspections and paperwork. Work with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance. Contribute to overtime needs to meet customer demands. Play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned press and surrounding area. Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements. Actively participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives. Become certified as back-up Secondary Operator. (must start training with operator by 6 months in position and complete training checklist by 12 months in position) Act as Secondary Operator during vacations, leave of absences, etc., on all shifts as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Other Requirements (education, experience, skills/knowledge): High School diploma (or equivalent) or Technical degree in Printing preferred. Possess the ability to blend and color match ink. Good computer skills. Possess the ability to take direction, work with supervision, and work well within a team. Good verbal and written communication.
Shift Schedule:
12-hour Rotation, 2-2-3 Schedule
