Job Description
Production Associate Job Overview We are seeking a Production Associate to support manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are available for production, assisting with shipping and receiving activities, and operating equipment as needed. This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient workflow and supporting production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Move materials and finished products throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks. Pull, stage, and unload incoming shipments. Ensure production operators have the materials needed to maintain manufacturing flow. Assist with inventory movement and material replenishment. Operate wire-weaving equipment and assist with shear operations as needed. Follow all safety procedures and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience operating forklifts and performing material handling duties. Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse tracking systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the facility. Preferred Qualifications Previous forklift certification or willingness to become certified. Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or production support roles. Ability to adapt to cross-training opportunities and learn new equipment. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Willingness to work up to 8 hours of overtime per week as needed. Why Join Us? Comprehensive on-the-job training. Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM Work Environment Work in a manufacturing facility that produces equipment for the mining industry. This role involves supporting production operations in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, safety, and reliability are essential to success. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of New Richmond, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
