Overview Ketchup Please is an organic, no-added-sugar condiment company based in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Founded in 2019 as a Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) project at Kettle Moraine High School, Ketchup Please has grown from a student business idea into a rapidly expanding food manufacturer producing both our own branded products and sauces for co-packing clients. We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable Production Team Members to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that creates products enjoyed by customers across the country and featured at major retailers, including: Hy-Vee, Metro Market/Pick 'n , Meijer, Sendik's, Piggly Wiggly, Woodman's, H-E-B, to name a few! Unlike many production jobs where employees work at a single station every day, our team members have the opportunity to learn multiple areas of the manufacturing process from ingredient preparation and cooking support to filling, labeling, packaging, and shipping finished products. This position is based at our Oconomowoc, WI manufacturing facility and may be full-time or part-time depending on candidate availability. Essential Responsibilities Production Operations Assist with ingredient preparation including spices, tomato products, fresh produce, and other raw materials Support sauce production and packaging activities throughout daily production runs Operate and monitor equipment including fillers, conveyors, labelers, induction sealers, and packaging equipment Fill, cap, seal, label, lot code, and case pack finished products Assemble packaging materials and prepare finished goods for shipment Quality & Food Safety Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures Conduct visual quality checks on products and packaging Maintain accurate production and packaging records as required Help maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment Team Support Work collaboratively with cooks, production leads, and management to meet production goals Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning Support inventory organization and raw material handling Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team training opportunities Qualifications Food production, commercial kitchen, bakery, brewery, manufacturing, or culinary experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Comfortable working with food manufacturing equipment Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong commitment to food safety and quality Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods Working Conditions On-site role based at our Oconomowoc, WI facility. Full-time or part-time scheduling available depending on candidate availability. Standard operating hours are 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Hands-on exposure to food manufacturing, equipment operations, and process scale-up within a growing CPG brand. Training and onboarding paid and provided.
