Plant General Labor - Manufacturing - 1st and 3rd Shift

Compensation:

Starting wage $21.20 per hour

Shifts Available:

1st Shift

• Monday-Friday, 7am
• 4pm 3rd Shift
• Sunday night to Friday morning, 9pm
• 7am

Additional Bonus:

Immediately eligible to participate in an additional quarterly bonus program

Job Details:

Follow all safety rules and rules as established in employee handbook Follow standard operating procedures Maintain good housekeeping as established by Relief Duty Sheets and identifies gaps and areas for improvement Responsible for rotating in the feeding, stacking, and offloading positions, maintaining rate as defined in the recipeMonitor the machine while the Machine Operators break, following the defined SOPs Set up production equipment following established equipment settings Maintain quality of product on production line by ensuring standards are being followed Continually monitor product, to detect and resolve issues utilizing Continuous Improvement toolsTrack and/or fill out metrics required to accurately close out production work orders What do you bring?
