Job Description

Overview Join Quest Engineering as a General Production Worker and become a key part of our fast-paced, team-driven manufacturing environment. This is a flexible assignment role, meaning you will support production where the team needs you most—whether that's operating machines in our Parts Department or assisting on the Assembly Line. Your ability to adapt, stay engaged, and contribute across multiple areas will directly impact our success. Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment within the Parts Department (edge bander, saws, or other production equipment as trained) Assist with product assembly on the Assembly Line, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met Use hand tools and power tools to support production and finishing processes Support material flow by moving, staging, and organizing parts and finished goods Operate forklifts or material handling equipment (if certified) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the shift Follow all safety protocols, work instructions, and quality standards Step into different roles as needed to keep production running smoothly Qualifications Previous manufacturing, woodworking, or assembly experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes Experience with hand tools, power tools, or forklifts is a plus Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout a 10-hour shift Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset Positive attitude and willingness to support different departments as needed Why Join Quest Engineering? Pay:
$17.50 - $19.00 per hour
