Production Operator

Description

We're hiring Production Operators to join a growing medical manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and packaging medical components in a clean, quality-focused environment.

Schedule & Pay

Day Shift:

7:00 AM

•7:00 PM

Night Shift:

7:00 PM

•7:00 AM

2-2-3 rotating schedule

Training Schedule:

First week on day shift, 7:45 AM

•4:15 PM

Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Inspect medical components for quality and accuracy

Package products according to work instructions

Complete required production documentation and paperwork

Follow quality, safety, and cleanroom procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Support team operations and cross-training initiatives

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and follow work instructions

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Professional attitude and willingness to learn new tasks

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Passion for quality and safety

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to stand and rotate between workstations for a 12-hour shift

Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and twist

Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required PPE

Basic math and reading skills

Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required

Associate Requirements

HS Diploma or GED

Background Check

Able to Lift 50 pounds

Drug Test

Stand for Shift Duration

Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00

•$18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
